Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,820 to $3,000 per week in Saint Helens, OR

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (8-hour shift)
• 32 guaranteed hours per week
• 90% productivity standard must be met for guaranteed hours
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• 13-week assignment
• Graduate of APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program required
