About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. In this role, you will ensure vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports are processed accurately and on time, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Process account payable transactions for multiple entities and vendors using NetSuite.

Review and match invoices to purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.

Manage vendor relationships, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive communication.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues.

Process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies.

Prepare supporting documentation for audits and month-end close.

Support team members with special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications :

3+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience (preferred).

Knowledge of basic accounting principles; completion of introductory accounting courses a plus.

Strong Excel skills; NetSuite experience highly preferred.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
