responsibilities :

• Formulation Development : Batch formulas and create innovative prototype formulas, performing necessary modifications to ensure they meet stringent product specifications.
• Formula Optimization & Stability : Follow up on the stability of developmental formulas and proactively make adjustments and fixes as necessary to maintain product integrity and performance.
• Technical & Regulatory Support : Contribute to critical functions including Regulatory compliance, Safety assessments, and Patent analysis, ensuring all products adhere to internal and external standards.
• Quality Assurance & Testing : Participate in Micro testing, Salon evaluation , and other forms of Evaluation Intelligence to guarantee product excellence and consumer satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving : Provide creative and resourceful solutions to technical issues and challenges that arise throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as a key resource and effectively interact with various support groups within the R&D organization, ensuring seamless project execution.
