About the Role :
As a Project Coordinator at Pace Flooring, you play a vital role in the success of our commercial flooring projects. You will be the organizational hub between business development, estimating, operations, vendors, and installers. Your job is to scope projects, track progress, and make sure each job is executed with precision and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope and define project details from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate with estimators to gather budgets and product specs
- Create and manage project schedules and due dates
- Order and track materials, ensuring on-time deliveries
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and customers
- Maintain organized project files and documentation in JobTread
- Support job costing and change orders
- Help prepare billing and closeout documentation
- Provide regular updates to the team and leadership
