Estimator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project costs and preparing accurate estimates for commercial construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to analyze complex project specifications to ensure precise budget planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work required.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment necessary for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze bid documents and prepare bids for submission to clients.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure estimates are aligned with project objectives.
• Monitor and adjust estimates based on changes in project scope or market conditions.
• Maintain and update a database of historical costs to improve future estimates.
