Regional HR Manager Responsibilities Include :

  • Foster a welcoming, professional, and engaging workplace culture
  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate HR strategies
  • Promote an open-door environment that values transparency and collaboration
  • Lead HR initiatives across multiple regions and departments
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Oversee employee relations, development, and engagement programs
  • Partner with leadership on organizational planning and performance management

Regional HR Manager Qualifications Include :

  • At least 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience / knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor law guidelines
  • Experience managing groups of over 1,000 employees
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
