ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of program operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks.
• Assist AFGSC CRAFT Program Director with planning, scheduling, execution, and validation of the AFGSC human performance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide the technical expertise and advice in the implementation, execution, update and sustainment of human performance program courseware and other deliverables.
• Maintain situational awareness on expanding best practices and concepts for developing course content, execution of training, and evaluation criteria.
• Organize, collect, analyze, and present statistical information related to program effectiveness to the COR no less than quarterly.
• Manage data produced during the course development and execution.
• Recommend changes (additions or deletions) to program content after the completion of each course, based on both staff and student feedback.
• The PM shall manage daily operations and performance execution of this contract.
• The PM will ensure that performance standards are met and that task completion, specialty service delivery, and compliance with the roles and responsibilities as outlined in this PWS are maintained. If future travel to a specific CRAFT program location apart from Barksdale AFB, LA is needed to fulfill these duties, travel funding will be provided at the expense of the Government.
• Provides overall direction of program activities.
• Manages and maintains interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization.
• Consults with customers and operations personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
• Establishes and maintains technical reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.
