job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWe are seeking a hands-on and organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our sightseeing tours in New York City. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating staff and fleet operations, and ensuring excellent customer service and safety standards. Oversee daily sightseeing bus tour operations Manage and schedule drivers and support staff Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to ensure smooth tour execution Implement and uphold safety and quality standards Analyze operational performance and implement improvements Resolve on-site issues and emergencies in real time Prepare daily and weekly operational reports Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in tourism, transportation, or hospitality Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with NYC geography and tourism industry is a plus Flexible schedule - mandatory weekends and holidays Ability to commute to our office next to Bryant Park Benefits : Health and dental insurance Paid time off Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, expanding company Complimentary access to all tours under our company umbrella Powered by JazzHR
