Elite is seeking a skilled and adaptable Medical Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, providing crucial support at our Chico and Colusa health clinic locations.

As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for offering comprehensive front and back-office assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of our healthcare facilities.

Schedule : Monday 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM

• Chico) Tuesday 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
• Chico) Thursday 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
• Colusa)
• Clinic is closed one hour for lunch.

Duties / Responsibilities Perform front and back office clinical tasks to support healthcare practitioner.Obtain and record patient medical history, vital signs, and other relevant information.Assist with patient examinations and procedures.Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment.Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing.Provide patient education on medications, procedures, and self-care techniques.Schedule appointments, manage medical records, and handle forms.
