Job Summary

Sterling Bridge (STB) is looking for a self-motivated individual for the role of Commissions Processing Analyst a critical role in the success of STBs life insurance distribution strategy. The Commission Processing Analyst analyzes data entry and insurance carrier payments to ensure compliance and accuracy with agency contracts. This includes following up with carriers monitoring and tracking commission statements researching issues with STBs internal and external partners and preparing reports.

Job Description

Position Responsibilities :

• Review and interpret commission statements to enable accurate classification and entry of data into commission processing system.
• Analyze commission data for accuracy and create periodic processing reports for client agencies.
• Research and resolve issues with :
• Insurance Carriers
• Client Agencies
• Sterling Bridge internal partners
• Other external partners
• Maintain shared online logs to track and follow-up on service issues which result in untimely processing.
• Monitor and analyze commission payments to agents and agency to ensure compliance with agreements. Recommend appropriate actions to manager.
• Maintain approved product compensation records and notify manager of required systems updates.
• Monitor and analyze commission payments from insurance carriers to ensure compliance with agreements.
• Execute client instructions for record maintenance including rep code changes.
• Document processes transactions and resolutions.
• Other related duties as assigned.
