The Role

We’re hiring a Full-Time Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team in Hilliard, OH.

This is an in-office role — not remote. You’ll collaborate daily with our media and marketing team to craft long-form and short-form video content that captures attention and builds connection.

You’ll transform raw footage into high-retention, emotionally charged videos that educate, inspire, and convert. This role requires a mix of creativity, precision, and story intuition — someone who understands not just how to edit, but why certain edits hold attention.

What You’ll Do

Edit and deliver multiple long-form YouTube videos, short-form reels, and marketing assets weekly.

Shape raw footage into retention-driven content that connects emotionally and visually.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to build stories that match Tiffany and Josh’s tone, speed, and energy.

Create short-form repurposed clips from long-form content for social platforms.

Manage editing timelines, organize project files, and maintain clean, efficient post-production workflows.

Contribute creative input for hooks, storytelling structures, and packaging ideas.

Maintain brand standards, pacing, and tone across all deliverables.

Stay up to date with editing trends, platform best practices, and content formats to keep our visuals fresh and competitive.

You’re a Fit If You

Have 3+ years of professional editing experience for digital and social platforms (YouTube, Reels, Ads, etc.).

Are highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects or motion graphics is a plus).

Thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment where speed and quality both matter.

Understand storytelling, pacing, and emotion — not just transitions and effects.

Take direction well but also bring original, strategic ideas to the table.

Have a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and creative ownership.

Love collaboration, feedback, and being part of a team that actually executes.

Are committed to working full-time in-office with the media team in Hilliard.
