Areas of Responsibility

• Team Leadership & Growth : Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team. Foster a culture of action, agency, learning, and collaboration.
• Execution & Delivery : Spend 50% of your time with the engineering team shipping features, unblocking teammates, and reviewing architecture. Own the delivery of product and platform workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes in close partnership with Product and Design.
• Engineering Operations : Improve team processes, increase velocity, and support technical excellence in everything from code quality to system reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other leaders across the company to translate priorities into actionable technical work, and proactively remove blockers.
• Hands-On Technical Guidance : Stay close to the code and architecture. Reviewing work, advising on decisions, and jumping in to help move things forward.
• Scaling Systems & Teams : Help shape the long-term structure of the engineering organization and prepare the team for future growth in both complexity and size.

$160,000 - $210,000 a year

Salary for this role is $160,000 - $210,000 + Bonus & Equity (Based on experience)
