Salary : $88,000–$93,000 / year (negotiable based on experience)

Your Role :

Provide evidence-based occupational therapy to a diverse pediatric caseload

Lead and mentor a small, collaborative team of OTs and COTAs

Conduct evaluations and design individualized, functional treatment plans

Partner with families to ensure that progress continues at home

Collaborate across disciplines in a team-centered environment

What We're Looking For :

Active OTR / L license in Oregon

3–5 years of pediatric OT experience

In-person availability in Eugene, OR

Expertise in feeding and sensory integration

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Interest in private practice and values-driven care

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
