Germanna Community College is seeking an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will provide andragogical and educational technology support for the college’s rapidly changing instructional environment while pioneering innovative advancements and advocating for learner interests. Major Duties and Responsibilities :
This position also serves as an advocate for learner-centered applications, making data-informed decisions to provide learners with quality design, instruction, and support.The position plays a vital role in ensuring equitable access to high-quality learning by supporting the college-wide integration of instructional technologies and coordinating professional learning opportunities for faculty. This individual will champion inclusive course design through the application of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, helping to ensure that instructional materials and strategies effectively reach and engage all learners.
