    • What Youll Do

  • Lead 23 in-home consultations per day in the Orleans & Jefferson Parish areas
  • Help clients bring their vision to life with personalized product guidance and design solutions
  • Measure windows precisely and enter accurate orders
  • Travel to appointments using your own vehicle (gas covered by company card)
  • Work hand-in-hand with our installers to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish
  • Keep client info organized and follow up on leads like a pro
  • Stay up to date on products, promotions, and trends
  • Join weekly team meetings and occasional professional development sessions
  • Be available for evening or weekend appointments if needed (flexibility is appreciated, but not a requirement)

    • Who Were Looking For

  • 1+ year of sales experience (especially in design, home improvement, or consultative selling)
  • Friendly, professional communicator who can build rapport easily
  • Confident with basic math and measuring tools
  • Comfortable climbing stairs and using a 6-foot ladder
  • Organized, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
