Director of SOP & New Trainings

The Director of SOP and New Trainings will lead the creation implementation and oversight of company wide standard operating procedures and staff training programs. This role ensures consistent high quality clinical and operational practices across all programs and supports organizational growth and compliance.

The ideal candidate is highly organized knowledgeable in ABA best practices and skilled in developing effective onboarding compliance and professional development training. This position works closely with clinical and administrative leadership to identify needs improve processes and maintain high standards across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures across departments
• Create and oversee onboarding and ongoing staff training programs
• Ensure procedures align with ABA best practices and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to identify training needs
• Monitor training effectiveness and program quality
• Support consistency and excellence across organizational practices
