Our client, a family-oriented and fast-growing commercial general contractor based in Middle Georgia , seeks a Business Development Representative to help expand their project portfolio and deepen strategic partnerships. With standout projects ranging from downtown lofts to 50,000+ sq ft mixed-use developments , this team is redefining what it means to build with integrity, precision, and long-term relationships.

Were looking for someone who :

Is a natural connector and thrives in client-facing environments
Understands the architectural and development community
Brings modern marketing and social media fluency, especially on LinkedIn
Has experience with the commercial construction bidding process

The Offer Includes :

Commission-based compensation with a base target of $85,000$90,000 and a year-end bonus

Full health benefits with a $500 / month employer contribution

ESOP retirement plan (employee stock ownership)

2 weeks PTO + national holidays (additional days accrued after 3 months)
