Hardware Order Specialist Fulfillment and Logistics

Location Details : Tempe Arizona

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is an in-office position and youll be expected to work full-time in an office location and therefore must live within commuting distance from your assigned office. You will work from this office beginning on your first day.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska Mississippi North Dakota or the Virgin Islands.

Were a specialized POS hardware Operations team that manages the complete customer journeyfrom initial orders through manufacturing international shipping warehousing fulfillment and post-sales support including repairs and refurbishment.

As our Order Fulfillment & Logistics Support specialist youll be an integral part of our close-knit highly technical team. We thrive on collaboration and depend on each team members expertise to deliver exceptional results for our customers.

What youll get to do...

• Order & Fulfillment Management : Oversee 3rd party fulfillment centers to ensure all new orders and reorders are processed through our automation system and completed per SLA requirements while managing RMA and returns in collaboration with customer care agents
• International Shipping Coordination : Work with GDDY OEM shipping departments overseas to schedule pickups ensure all shipping documentation compliance (CI PL BOL PODs) and coordinate with freight forwarders for domestic outbound orders
• End-to-End Shipment Tracking : Monitor and trace all inbound and outbound shipments from origin to delivery capturing critical data points including transit times documentation collection and delivery updates.
• System Data Management : Maintain system integrity by uploading EIB MC and POD documentation into Workday as the system of record ensuring accurate data flow across all platforms
• Communication & Issue Resolution : Proactively communicate with truckers warehouses freight forwarders and GDDY operational leaders regarding delivery timelines potential delays and logistics inconsistencies to ensure smooth operations
