About the Opportunity : We're seeking a pivotal Audit Manager / SR. Manager to join our team in Irvine or San Diego.

We have a hybrid flexible work schedule, excellent work-life balance, career growth / fast-tracks, while working 300-400 fewer hours annually than the industry standard.

What You'll Do :

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of audit professionals in delivering high-quality, timely tax services for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Provide insightful audit engagements, planning strategies, and innovative solutions, strengthening relationships and uncovering opportunities to add value.

Review and manage complex audits while staying up-to-date with laws, guiding your team to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.

Collaborate across departments and with clients directly to bring a holistic, forward-thinking approach to each project.

What You'll Bring :

CPA (active) is required

5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus as a Manager / Supervisor.

Generalist exp : SEC, SOX, U.S. GAAP, etc.

Real Estate Exp. is a big plus, not required

Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.

Deep knowledge of tax laws and regulations, coupled with a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Full Package - Highly Competitive / National :

125-185,000 / year (DOE)

Bi-Annual Bonuses - Highly lucrative ($20-25K+ avg. for Manager level)
