Job Description

• Provide legal counsel and representation in various family law matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and advocate for clients in court hearings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with colleagues for efficient case management and resolution.

Responsibilities

Offer expert legal counsel in family law areas such as divorce, custody, support, and property division.

Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare compelling legal arguments.

Attend court hearings, trials, and negotiations to advocate effectively for clients.

Communicate with clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Stay updated on family law developments to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Arizona state bar and good standing.

1+ years of family law experience, focusing on complex cases. 3+ years experience preferred.

Strong courtroom experience and knowledge of family law principles preferred.

Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Ability to manage high caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
