Responsibilities :

Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, from preconstruction through closeout

Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure success

Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term trust

For Senior PMs : Provide executive-level leadership, mentor project teams, and oversee large-scale / complex projects

Qualifications :

Senior PM : 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects , with proven success on complex, high-value builds

PM : 4–7 years of commercial construction project management experience

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
