User Interface & User Experience (UI / UX) Designer

Heirloom Cloud Corporation seeks a UI / UX Designer to create consumer technology used by millions. The UI / UX Designer is responsible for improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure associated with all of Heirloom’s platforms. This position works cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and technology teams. The UI / UX Designer is intuitive, creative, and motivated to develop exceptional consumer technology.

Responsibilities

  • Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and accurately convey project plans
  • Enhance the user experience by creating seamless interfaces
  • Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
  • Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends
  • Participate in agile project management standup meetings
  • Make recommendations regarding technology strategy
  • Engage with the leadership team as required

Skills

  • Proven 2+ years of work experience as a UI / UX designer
  • Deep understanding of the entire digital development process
  • Accomplished wireframer using prototyping software; Figma desired
  • Proficiency in Webflow and Google Workspace desired
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) desired
  • Flexibility to work on a rapidly evolving schedule
  • High school diploma or GED; BS / BA in a related field preferred

  • Hybrid location : Onsite & remote.
  • Contract, intern, part-time, full-time, and equity positions considered.
  • Compensation starts at $30.00 / hour. Benefits available for full-time employment.
