The Customer Service Assistant is the friendly face of Tri-Pac interfacing between our customers and the Production Department. He / she builds a solid relationship with the customer, ensuring open communication and establishing a solid foundation of trust. The Customer Service Assistant works closely with Tri-Pac’s Production Department to ensure products are scheduled for production keeping in mind the customer’s due date, product verification & release, run rates and staffing. Attention to detail and multi-tasking are skills that are imperative to ensure smooth production, as well as a flexible can-do attitude.
