Position Summary

The Physical Therapist (PT) will provide high-quality interventions to reduce pain, restore function, promote mobility, and prevent disability. You will develop individualized plans of care (POC) and set achievable goals for patients recovering from illness or injury. In this role, you will also promote wellness and fitness post-discharge.
