A respected Houston-based energy boutique is hiring a Title Opinion Attorney with 4+ years of experience. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for Colorado-based attorneys seeking autonomy, high-level title work, and a flexible billing structure. While the firm does not maintain a physical Colorado office, several attorneys currently work ouside of Texas. This firm provides a positive and laid-back environment with managing partners who are truly kind and responsive. Substantial opportunities for upward mobility / streamlined partner status.

Primary Responsibilities :

Draft and review drilling, division order, and acquisition title opinions

Analyze complex chains of title, mineral rights, and land records

Optional mentorship or supervision of junior attorneys

Compensation & Benefits :

Custom salary based on experience and billing target

Bonus structure for billables above goal

15% origination credit (gross)

Blue Cross PPO health insurance

3% automatic 401(k) contribution

Hourly pay for supervision work
