We are seeking an organized and dependable Materials Coordinator to join the team at a fast-paced manufacturing facility on 2nd shift. This role is essential to ensuring smooth production operations through effective inventory management, timely parts change-outs, and accurate cycle counting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment of materials
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to support inventory accuracy
• Coordinate and execute parts change-outs in alignment with production schedules
• Track material usage and assist in forecasting inventory needs
• Communicate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to maintain efficient material flow
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory transactions
