Education : Bachelor's degree

Experience : 5-7 years in strategy / change management; 10+ years facilitating with DoD senior leadership

Summary :

Drive stakeholder engagement and strategic facilitation at the executive level.

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned strategist and change agent who thrives in dynamic, senior-level environments. You will work directly with leadership teams to guide transformation initiatives, facilitate alignment workshops, and shape the future of EO programs. The ideal candidate will be confident, diplomatic, and exceptionally skilled at driving organizational change.
