The Facilities Manager will oversee the main location and corporate operations, managing a team of three or more workers. This role requires experience in project management, documentation, hands-on work, and budgeting.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the maintenance and operations of the main facility and corporate location.
• Manage a team of two workers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and budget management.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations and maintenance services.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure facility efficiency.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and carpentry tasks.
