Job Title : Entry Level Purchasing Specialist

Location : On Site in Canton, OH

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Salary : $40,000- $55,000

Main Responsibilities of the Entry Level Purchasing Specialist :

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, components, and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and lead times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock shortages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet production and project timelines.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and vendor relationship management.

    • Preferred Qualifications of the Entry Level Purchasing Specialist :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt
