OVERVIEW :

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the planning implementation and maintenance of the organizations systems infrastructure ensuring optimal performance security and availability. This role supports both user-facing applications and backend server and network environments and plays a key part in IT operations project execution and continuous improvement initiatives. The Systems Administrator also serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues and contributes to strategic infrastructure planning.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Application Management

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook Teams OneDrive SharePoint).
• Manage device provisioning and compliance using Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD) for user provisioning group management and access controls.
• Maintain secure MFA and SSO configurations.
• Support office technologies including mailboxes printers and scanners.
