What You Will Do
Provide compassionate, trauma-informed nursing care that preserves dignity, autonomy, and rightsComplete nursing assessments using biophysical, psychosocial, and spiritual dimensionsDevelop and implement individualized care plans; evaluate responses and track progressEducate individuals and families, including those with co-occurring conditions, to support positive outcomesMonitor / oversee psychiatric and medical self-administration processes; administer detox / MAT medications per protocol and ordersCollaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate, timely documentationAbout the Program
BHN's OTP is a Medication-Assisted Treatment program that helps individuals experiencing opioid use disorder build and sustain recovery. Using evidence-based protocols approved by our Medical Director, the team provides ongoing assessment and re-assessment to ensure safe, person-centered care.

Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (required)Nursing Diploma / Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred)≥1 year of nursing experience (preferred), ideally with substance use and / or behavioral healthKnowledge of quality assurance and CARF standards; strong ethics and understanding of legal parameters in SUD careTeam collaborator with leadership ability; skilled in applying the nursing process and delegating appropriatelyCulturally responsive; able to support individuals with co-occurring disordersAble to cover the Greenfield location as neededSchedule
Full-time, 30-36 hours / weekMon-Fri : approximately 5 : 30 a.m.-1 : 30 p.m.Some weekends : Sat 6 : 30-11 : 30 a.m. and Sun 6 : 30-10 : 30 a.m. as neededWe Hire for Purpose!
