Gotham Greens Brand Ambassador
The role is seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our team in Southern California. We are looking for an energetic and personal individual who is passionate about the Gotham Greens brand. They will be the face of Gotham Greens in their local market, working closely with our Marketing Team to execute in-store retail demonstrations / sampling (demos), in-market events and interact directly with our consumers.
Areas of Responsibility :
- Conduct in-store retail demos, local market sampling events and product drops, including identifying new opportunities, scheduling, setting up for the event, bringing product and brand materials, sampling products with consumers, and clean up
- Maintain demo / sampling supply kits and materials, including working with the Marketing Team to ensure we are creating impactful brand signage and messaging for events
- Promote brand awareness, customer loyalty and increased sales through educational in-store retail demos
- Deliver positive and effective communication of Gotham Greens product and brand talking points
- Maintain positive relationships with in-store produce / deli / specialty teams at key retail accounts through in-store POS / coupon placement
- Monitor consumer feedback and capture event results (e.g., metrics / KPIs, high-quality photos / videos) within 2 days of event completion
- Assist with assembling and shipping product mailers to influencers / media
- Host greenhouse tours, as requested
- Assist with monitoring and corresponding with customer inquiries via e-mail
Typical Workload & Shifts :
Morning, Early Afternoon & Weekends5-10 demos per month and 1-3 events per month (estimated 3-20 hours / week)Compensation / Benefits :
