Stripe is seeking a seasoned Executive Audience Acquisition Manager to join our Executive Marketing team. This person will be responsible for designing and executing the strategies that define how we attract, engage, and grow relationships with our most senior executive audiences. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, program orchestration, and audience development, with a mandate to deepen executive relationships, accelerate revenue growth, and drive long-term retention. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a builderable to design frameworks, manage cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes across high-visibility executive programs, including our annual Executive Summit and World Economic Forum (Davos) activations.

This role is suited for a highly strategic, operationally strong marketer who thrives in ambiguity, loves building frameworks that scale, and has a passion for creating experiences that matter for senior executives.

Responsibilities

Executive journey orchestration :

• Define and manage the end-to-end executive user journey across multiple marketing touchpoints (events, content, digital, account engagement).
• Map and optimize pathways that strengthen relationships with key executives, aligning with business priorities around revenue acceleration and retention.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Events, Comms) to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for executive audiences.
• Develop playbooks, frameworks, and measurement systems to scale executive journey orchestration globally.
