How you will make an impact :

Own full cycle recruiting for junior-to-mid level searches across a variety of business areas including product management software engineering data science business operations design & research organic & paid growth legal people operations finance etc

Work closely with our hiring leaders in the U.S and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams ongoing growth needs

Continuously review reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our teams time efficiently without sacrificing quality

Ideal profile :

7 years of full cycle recruiting experience

Prior recruiting experience at fast-growth startups is strongly preferred

Track record of being successful in a high velocity output-driven and demanding environment

Bachelors Degree

The successful candidates starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting determined based on job-related factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the addition to base salary the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
