Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience in physical therapy, a commitment to patient-centered care, and a desire to grow professionally in a collaborative and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor progress toward rehabilitation goals

Educate patients and their families on treatment techniques and prevention strategies

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation staff

Document all patient care services accurately and in a timely manner

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Job Details :

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 5x8s Day Shifts

Setting : SNF / LTC

Status : Full-time, Permanent

Start Date : Flexible based on candidate availability

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Active Montana Physical Therapist or Compact License (or eligibility to obtain)

Minimum 1 year of prior physical therapy experience strongly preferred

CPR Certification required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in SNF, outpatient, or inpatient settings a plus
