What We Expect from the Right Candidate

You're equal parts digital problem solver and organized project coordinator. You know how to take a strategy and turn it into execution. You care about accuracy, timelines, and results. You take ownership, ask smart questions, and don't shy away from doing the work. You're comfortable working cross-functionally to bring digital experiences to lifeand tracking the details that make a campaign or feature successful.

Responsibilities

  • Support project management for digital initiatives that improve the client experience and reduce call volume :
  • Optimize content and experiences across our websites, mobile app, and other digital tools
  • Collaborate with internal partners including legal, creative, operations, and IT
  • Assist in creating annotation documents and training materials for new digital features
  • Own UAT (user acceptance testing) for new features and digital tools
  • Maintain documentation, meeting notes, and project roadmaps
  • Partner with creative vendors to develop videos, scripts, and educational materials
  • Map workflows and help improve internal and client-facing processes
  • Summarize pilot test results, identify insights, and support phased rollouts
  • Clearly communicate updates or changes to internal teams
  • Coordinate execution of client-facing digital communications (email / SMS) :
  • Intake retention communication requests and prep summaries for leadership review
  • Draft initial versions of emails and texts
  • Partner closely with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Manager to ensure flawless execution of all communications
  • Own the execution of all client-facing communicationsif something launches with errors, this role is accountable
  • Coordinate legal reviews, review and clean audience lists, and manage UAT prior to launch
  • Keep a master calendar of all active and recurring communications
  • Monitor and report on communication performance (open rates, deliverability, bounce issues, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, customer experience, or project coordination
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, concise tone
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Able to work cross-functionally and drive tasks to completion
  • Action-oriented and quick to learn new tools or systems
  • Experience with email platforms (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus
