job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProficiency with AutoCAD 2+ years of drafting experience, preferably in HVAC, DDC, or MEP environments Familiarity with mechanical systems and building automation / control systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities :
- Create control system drawings, wiring diagrams, and submittal documentation using AutoCAD
- Interpret mechanical schedules, plans, and specifications to develop accurate controls documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure coordinated and compliant designs
- Support submittal, redline, and as-built drawing development throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain drafting quality in line with company standards
Qualifications :
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Anticipated Rate $25.00 / hour + DOE
