Your opportunity

• Be part of a global engineering team engaged in client-side 3rd line technical support problem diagnosis and change implementation
• Provide consultancy to Technology teams and the business (EUC)
• Contribute to the success of Projects and other transformational change programs
• Deliver appropriate change into the Production environment in adherence to Information Security policies and Change Management best practices
• Be responsible for maintaining desktop management platforms
• Provide guidance and training to regional 1st and 2nd line Service Desk support teams
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions constantly seeking to enhance processes and the general environment
• Occasionally required to work out of hours including bank holidays and weekends
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $117000 - $130000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Annual Bonus Opportunity : Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company department team and individual performance.
