Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mechanical Design Engineer (Associate and Mid-Level) to join our Support Equipment organization located in Ridley Park PA.

This position is responsible for design and development of peculiar support equipment across multiple vertical lift platforms.

Position Responsibilities :

• Create update and maintain accurate 3D models technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support the efficient design and manufacture of Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
• Performs and documents analyses to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with Aircraft Engineering Logistics Tech Pubs Procurement and both Civilian & Military Customers to develop new design concepts and implement changes to existing designs
• Generate and process Engineering Change Requests (CRs) for releasing new designs or modifying existing ones.
• Provide supplier support for fabrication of GSE.
• Serve as a technical interface to customers and suppliers.
• Create Test Plans Perform Testing and generate Test Reports.
• Visit suppliers and customers when necessary to support procurement development and testing
• Support field service activities when required.
• Trains others.
• Works under general direction.
• This position is expected to be 100% onsite at the Ridley Park PA location.

Mid-Level S ummary Pay Range : $102000 $138000
