Title : Attorney - Commercial Real Estate Finance

Location : Hybrid (2 days remote) - Chicago, IL

Compensation : Base $200K-$240K

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in Commercial Real Estate Finance to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lender-side real estate transactions and will play a key role in advising clients on various commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan and financing documents for lenders who are financing commercial real estate transactions.
• Assist clients in navigating lending processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare legal opinions related to real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful real estate deals.
• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate legal counsel.
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
