As a Logistics Coordinator at Sunlighten, you will play a key role in ensuring our wellness products are transported efficiently and delivered on time. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers and carriers, tracking shipments, and ensuring delivery timelines are met. Your efforts will be essential in maintaining seamless operations, from the acquisition of our products to their final delivery. Duties / Responsibilities :
Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions of the organization; assists in the life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resourcesManage daily shipments activities to ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are properly planned and coordinatedWork closely with suppliers and carriers to ensure Sunlighten's needs are met and resolve any issues regarding shipments / deliveriesMonitor and resolve customer cases pertaining to shipping concerns or damages by answering phone calls and responding to emails and chatsAssist in daily order processing and ensure accurate inventory flow to properly set and meet customer expectationsAssist the sales team, sales operations team, and customer care teams by quickly answering questions regarding delivery, inventory and estimated timelinesUtilize data analysis tools to identify trends and make recommendations for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing operationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positionPerform other responsibilities as assignedRequirements
Commute to Sunlighten HQ at least 2 days / week - Working in office on Tuesdays is requiredAbility to work Monday-Friday from 8-5- schedule / hours can be adjustedEducation & Experience :
High School Diploma or GEDBachelors Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred2+ year of customer service or logistics experienceSkills / Abilities :
Clear and Effective Communication SkillsStrong Customer / Client FocusMeticulous Attention to DetailSuperior Organizational and Time Management SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Related SoftwareBenefits
