About the Job
We are seeking a Director of Digital Product to lead our global digital product strategy and execution. This is a pivotal leadership role shaping how Pizza Hut shows up digitally — from end-to-end ordering experiences to content management, onboarding tooling, and platform flexibility.
As the leader of a high-performing team of + product professionals, you’ll drive global digital transaction growth by delivering innovative product capabilities and tooling. You’ll partner closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists to create exceptional experiences — and help shape the broader culture and ways of working within our global digital & tech organization.
You’ll also help define what a distinctly Pizza Hut digital experience feels like — bold, brand-aligned, and flexible enough to adapt across diverse global markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Global Product Strategy : Own and drive a global digital product roadmap that balances platform consistency with local market flexibility.
- New Market Enablement : Scale digital ordering and engagement by leading onboarding for new markets and expanding platform capabilities.
- Market Insights & Voice of Customer : Analyze trends, customer feedback, and competitive data to uncover opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Executive Storytelling : Communicate product vision, impact, and priorities to senior brand and market leadership with a focus on commercial value.
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with a global network of technologists, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Team Leadership & Development : Mentor, inspire, and scale a high-performing product team while fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and innovation.
- Performance Management : Define success metrics, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product outcomes and drive profitable transaction growth.
Required Qualifications :
years of experience in digital or ecommerce product management, with at least years in a leadership role.Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.Experience leading products in QSR, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit / franchise business models is a strong plus.Demonstrated ability to apply a product mindset to deliver commercial value and connect product outcomes to business goals.Experience working in international markets with sensitivity to local cultural and business differences.Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with fluency in using data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence across executive, technical, and operational teams.Passion for building inclusive, high-trust team cultures that balance delivery speed with quality and purpose.BA / BS in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. An advanced degree is a plus.Some international travel required.Salary Range : $, - $, annually + bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation. This is the expected salary range for this position.
