Help Desk Services Specialist
The position provides Libraries services to users of the Perry and Music Libraries. In addition to serving users, the position provides support for operations such as contributing to reports, policies, and procedures, and hiring, training, and supervising student assistants.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective customer service and problem resolution techniques
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills to plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a diverse team environment, as well as independently
- Demonstrated ability to follow and interpret policies and procedures in performing detailed work
