Pay Range : $100 - $120 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• NOTE-The person will work 20 hours per week.
• The work schedule is flexible.
• Lead HR Technology Workstream for Global Integration Project : Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of HR tech deliverables aligned with broader global integration efforts.
• Manage Workday RFP Process : Drive the end-to-end RFP lifecycle for Workday implementation, including vendor evaluation, stakeholder alignment, and selection criteria development.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with global HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment of requirements, timelines, and integration touchpoints.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation : Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture business needs, process gaps, and future-state requirements for HR systems.
• Vendor Management & Evaluation : Coordinate demos and scorecards; manage communications with potential Workday implementation partners.
• Present complex technical and analytical solutions in a clear, accessible manner to stakeholders at all levels.
• Stay current on trends in HR technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity through rigorous auditing and analysis
• Manage large-scale, global projects using standard project management methodologies
• Build collaborative relationships across geographies and functions.
