Salary : Up to $150,000 base + bonus potential Location : Must be local to the Chicagoland area

Your role will include :

• Acting as the primary executive on key commercial HVAC projects
• Overseeing project managers, estimators, and field leadership
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, GCs, and developers
• Supporting preconstruction, conceptual budgeting, and proposal strategy
• Driving repeat business through quality execution and proactive communication
