The Financial Analyst works closely with business unit leaders to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives. The position is responsible for conducting both financial and operational analyses, delivering insights that influence decision-making and drive improvements to the company's bottom line.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE :

Prepare and deliver financial and operational reports, highlighting trends in costs, revenues, productivity, and other key metrics.

Partner with business unit managers during budget cycles and forecasting, providing actionable analysis to guide financial decisions.

Evaluate the financial and operational impact of proposed investments, system changes, and strategic initiatives; prepare profitability and feasibility studies to support recommendations.

Review and analyze actual results against budgets to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.

Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis as requested.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial or operational analysis, planning, or related function.
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Solid understanding of financial modeling and evaluation methods (ROI, NPV, cost allocations, fixed / variable analysis).
