Job Title :  Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location :  Onsite –Edina, MN

Employment Type :  Perm

Pay Range :  $24-$31 / hr.

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing collections while also bringing the curiosity and analytical mindset needed to support job costing functions. Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment application, and collections

Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepancies

Maintain accurate aging reports and communicate regularly with internal teams and clients

Support job costing efforts by gathering and analyzing cost data related to specific projects or jobs

Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting

Assist with month-end close activities related to AR and job costing

Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections; manufacturing industry experience preferred

Exposure to or interest in job costing and cost analysis

Strong communication and negotiation skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role

Pay Details : $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
