Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our Adult Respiratory Service line. In this role, you will be responsible for treating patients of all ages, including infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, in accordance with physician orders and departmental policies.
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will work independently in acute and critical care settings, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality respiratory care.

We offer a range of sign-on bonuses for eligible full-time positions, including $7,500 for Direct Care Respiratory Therapists with one year of experience (and $5,000 for those with less than one year). Management Responsibility
This role is non-management and reports to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Qualifications
Graduates from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program or those eligible for licensure in South Carolina are required. You must possess a current South Carolina Respiratory Care Practitioner license or be a senior student graduating within three months.
Certifications Required
Candidates must hold a current BLS certification, maintain NBRC credentials, and, if hired after June 2016, pass the Therapist Multiple Choice Exam at the registered cut score. The Clinical Simulation Exam must also be taken within six months of graduation. NRP and PALS certifications are required for work in the Children's Hospital NICU and PICU.
