As a Community Event Specialist , you’ll help families across the country take the first step by guiding them through the RSVP process for our free community education events. These events help people understand their options and find peace of mind—and you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that gets them there. What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it ) Make a real impact : Talk with prospective attendees and create positive, personal experiences as you guide them through registering for our events. Foster excitement : Share event details in a way that builds interest and confidence, ensuring a smooth and welcoming RSVP process. Stay organized to drive conversion : Enter and update attendee information in Salesforce so our teams can follow up with care and precision. Support a great experience : Partner with our Advertised Community Education Program (ACEP) team and assist with pre-event coordination to ensure every event is set up for success. A degree in a related field is a plus! Customer service or call center experience and a true passion for helping others Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and energize High attention to detail and ability to navigate tech tools like Salesforce and MS Office Bilingual skills (Spanish / English) are a plus!
