Assistant Medical Director Overview :

Emergency Department Snapshot :

  • 17-bed ED with 5-bed fast track
  • Includes 2 designated trauma rooms
  • ED volume : 44k annually (130 patients daily)
  • Patient load : Under 2.0 patients per hour
  • EMR : EPIC
  • Hospital beds : 83
  • Acuity : Mix of low-to-moderate with some high
  • 40 hours / day physician coverage (10-hour shifts)
  • 40 hours / day APC coverage
